For those members who asked for the restaurant to be open on the last Sunday of the month for the Jazz, sadly it will not be continuing due to lack of support. We wonder where the members were that requested the caterer to open??
Congratulations to Tom Donnelly who had the highest break for February with a score of 36. Tom has won a $25 bar tab for his efforts.
Due to popular demand another bus has been booked for the trip to Martinborough Fair on the 6th March, which is also going to Te Kairanga Winery for lunch and music in the afternoon.
Bus leaves 8 am sharp, returns 7pm.

The Club is running a raffle for a Poker set valued at over $250. Tickets are available for $2 from behind the bar.
Things are looking up for the fishing adjunct with two trips in a row being achieved without a cancellation. The last trip was a three dayer to the sounds with fishing in the strait. The catch was excellent with groper, trumpeter, terakihi and blue cod being the fish landed. One of the cod was a massive 10lb.
The next trip to the Sounds is on Saturday and Sunday 13th & 14th March. Details are on the notice board in the games room, this trip should fill fast so dont miss out.
Bookings close this Friday 5th March. Cost has been reduced to $250 due to extra subsidy by the adjunct.
We are pleased to announce that the Thursday Night Smorgasbord will be continuing through the month of March.
All children 11 years and under eat for free when accompanied by an adult who is also eating.
Children aged 12-15 years eat for only $6 when accompanied by an adult who is also eating.
Adults 16 years and upwards dine for the full price of $18.
A selection of Desserts are available for an extra $4.
The happy hour of discounted drinks will now run at the later time between 6-30-7-30pm.
Tonights restaurant fare is the Blackboard menu. Next Tuesday will be a roast.
Live music this Friday night is Vinyl Groove playing all the hits from the 60s and 70s. Start time 7-30pm.
